Theme Designer Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Theme Designer (“the Service”), a tool that generates PrimeUI themes from Figma. By purchasing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Who Needs a License

Theme Designer is licensed per organization on an annual basis. One license covers your organization’s use of the Service. The Service works with any PrimeUI library (PrimeNG, PrimeReact, PrimeVue).

Your License

Upon purchase, PrimeTek grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under the following terms:

• The license permits the creation of up to 10 themes.
• The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not auto-renew.
• Upon expiration, continued use of the Service requires a new annual license.
• Themes you generate during the active license period can be used indefinitely. The themes themselves do not expire when the license ends; only access to the Service does.

What You Cannot Do

• Use the Service to develop themes for applications that violate any laws or regulations.
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer access to the Service.
• Share your license access with individuals outside your organization.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, are owned by PrimeTek. This agreement does not grant you any rights to use PrimeTek’s trademarks or other intellectual property beyond the scope of this license.

Ownership of the themes you generate belongs to you. PrimeTek holds no ownership rights over themes that are stored, managed, generated, or downloaded through the Service.

Support and Updates

PrimeTek provides assistance with account management and licensing issues. Technical support and consulting are not included with this Service. Users can seek community assistance through our public Discord and Forum.

Updates to the Service are provided at PrimeTek’s discretion and may include bug fixes, new features, or enhancements.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeTek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of the Service.

Modification of Terms

PrimeTek may modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases and continued use after the revised terms are published. We make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but you are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.

Modifications do not affect your right to use themes you have already generated. Future updates and access to the Service are governed by the terms in effect at that time.
