License Prime, Your Way
Perpetual per-developer licenses, or an uncapped Site License for growing teams. One unified license for the entire Prime Ecosystem, with all PRO components, bundled tools, and priority support.
Commercial licensing for teams
Under a Commercial license, a seat is required for each developer who writes, modifies, or maintains code that uses the components, including those building on an internal wrapper or design system that contains PrimeUI. Back-end developers, QA, DevOps, project managers, designers, and CI pipelines do not need a seat. Community eligibility is different: it counts every developer in your organization.

Request volume pricingOne annual price covers unlimited developers at your company, including contractors. Subsidiaries and affiliates are covered when named on your order. There are no seats to count, name, or reassign. Pricing is based on the size of your team, with discounted multi-year terms available at a locked annual rate. You are not locked into a subscription: when your term ends, you can switch to Per-Developer licenses to get perpetual rights.

OEM Licensing
A Commercial license covers building and shipping your own applications. OEM licensing is for going a step further: redistributing PrimeUI to your own customers to build with, such as in low-code platforms, white-label products, or developer SDKs. It is priced as a flat annual fee, scoped to your use case.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about PrimeUI licensing, pricing, and the move to a premium model.
Yes. The free Community license is available to individual developers and students working on their own projects, and to small organizations that meet all of the following criteria: fewer than 5 developers in total (counting every developer in your organization, not only those working with PrimeUI), fewer than 10 employees, under $1M in annual revenue (or annual budget for non-profits), under $3M in external funding, and not a public-sector body or educational institution. These criteria apply to all organizations, including non-profits. The Community license includes the full core libraries, not a stripped-down version.
