PrimeUI Figma UI Kit License

This license governs your use of the PrimeUI Figma UI Kit (“the Item”). PrimeTek Informatics (“PrimeTek”) owns the Item and grants you a license under the terms below. By purchasing or using the Item, you agree to these terms.

Who Needs a License

The Figma UI Kit is licensed per organization, not per designer. One license covers everyone within your organization who opens, edits, or designs with the Item in Figma. There is no need to count or name individual designers, and no limit on how many people in your organization use it.

The Figma UI Kit is also included at no additional cost with any PrimeUI commercial license, as an organization-wide entitlement. If your organization holds a Commercial Per-Developer, Commercial Site, or OEM license, you do not need to purchase the Item separately.

The license covers your organization only. It does not extend to separate legal entities, including parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies.

Your License

1. PrimeTek grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Item to create End Products.
2. You may use the Item to create unlimited End Products, for yourself or for clients, whether or not those End Products are sold.
3. An “End Product” is a work that incorporates the Item along with other content, so that it is different in scope and nature from the Item itself. For example, the Item is a UI Kit; an End Product is the design file of a specific application that uses parts of the Kit.

What You Can Do

• Create unlimited End Products for yourself or your employer.
• Create End Products for multiple clients as a designer, freelancer, or agency.
• Sell End Products and distribute any number of copies of them.
• Modify, adapt, and combine the Item with other works to create derivative designs, as long as the resulting End Product is permitted under this license.

Examples of permitted use:

• Designing a website or web application for yourself or a client.
• Designing a commercial SaaS application that end users pay to access.
• Designing a self-hosted application that is sold to customers.
• Designing internal tools for the company you work for.

What You Cannot Do

• Redistribute the Item on its own, bundled with other items, or as part of a tool or template, whether as-is or with superficial modifications.
• Create an End Product that lets its own users extract the Item or build their own designs from the Item (for example, a design tool or website builder).
• Allow an end user of your End Product to extract the Item and use it separately.
• Share the Item, or access to it, outside your organization.

Examples of prohibited use:

• Publishing a stock library of UI elements derived from the Item.
• Building a website or design builder where end users design with the Item.
• Packaging the Item into a template, theme, or starter kit for distribution.

Freelancers and Agencies

Freelancers and agencies may use the Item to deliver design work to clients and may charge for those services. One license covers all designers within your agency or practice. You may deliver the finished End Product (such as a design file) to your client. You may not deliver the Item itself, or any version of it that lets the client reuse it as a UI Kit independent of the End Product.

Modification of Terms

PrimeTek may modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases and continued use after the revised terms are published. We make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but you are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.

Modifications do not affect your right to use versions of the Item you have already received. Future updates and services are governed by the terms in effect at that time.
